How does prepaying for a year work?

You pay for a full year of deliveries in one charge and receive 15% off the total. On a monthly cadence that is 12 boxes; on a quarterly cadence it is 4. The amount charged today is always shown as the headline price — we never present the smaller per-month figure as the price. The membership renews once a year.

When am I charged again?

Pay-per-delivery plans are charged at the start of each delivery period — monthly or every three months. Prepaid annual plans are charged once a year. Your account shows the exact next charge date and amount at all times.

Is sales tax included?

Prices are shown before tax. Any sales tax or VAT is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and appears on the payment page before you confirm.

Yes. Skip any single delivery from your account up to 7 days before it ships. On a prepaid plan the skipped delivery moves to the end of your term rather than being lost.

Two clicks in your account: Subscription, then Cancel. No phone call, no email, no retention script. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep every delivery that period covers.

Can I change tier or delivery frequency?

Yes, from your account at any time. Changes take effect from your next billing period so you are never double-charged, and any prepaid deliveries you have already bought are honoured at the tier you bought them.
