Automatic renewal terms

Monthly and quarterly subscriptions renew at the end of each billing period at the tier price then in effect.

Prepaid annual memberships renew once a year for another full term at the discounted annual rate.

One-time box purchases never renew. Prepaid gift subscriptions never renew unless the buyer explicitly opted in at checkout.

If a tier price changes, existing members are notified at least 30 days before it applies to their renewal.
