Shipping

Boxes ship on the 15th of the month. Orders placed at least 7 days before that date join the current drop; later orders join the following one.

Your account shows the exact date of your next shipment and the deadline to change it.

Shipping is included on every box within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

International shipping is available to selected countries. Duties and import taxes are shown at checkout where supported, and are otherwise the responsibility of the recipient.

You receive a tracking number by email when a box leaves our facility. Tracking is also available under Shipments in your account.
