Shipping

Boxes ship on the 15th of the month. Orders placed at least 6 days before that date automatically join the current drop; with less notice, you can choose to wait for the following month's drop instead, or ask to have your first box included in the upcoming one, subject to fulfillment review.

Your account shows the exact date of your next shipment and the deadline to change it.

Standard shipping (5–8 business days) is included on every box within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Expedited shipping (3–4 business days) is available at checkout for an additional fee.

Every tier ships within the United States only, except No Expense Spared, which ships internationally for an additional fee, wherever we can deliver. Duties and import taxes are shown at checkout where supported, and are otherwise the responsibility of the recipient.

You receive a tracking number by email when a box leaves our facility. Tracking is also available under Shipments in your account.
