Is Flex just another golf subscription box?

No. Lower tiers are built around the golf essentials you actually use. At $1,000 and up, Flex becomes much more personal — a curator shops for you, sources harder-to-find gear and can arrange custom and made-to-order pieces. The more you Flex, the more we can do for you.

What comes in a box?

A curated mix of golf technology, accessories, apparel and course essentials, weighted toward the categories you tell us you care about. The tier you choose sets the value and the ambition of the curation, not a fixed shopping list. We do not promise a set number of items. Some months a box is one exceptional piece; other months it is several well-chosen ones.

Are specific products guaranteed?

No, unless an item is explicitly marked as guaranteed on the drop page. Everything else shown on this site is an example of past or typical curation. Marking an item guaranteed is a deliberate decision we make once stock is secured, and it is labeled clearly wherever it appears.

How does personalization work?

Your player profile records what you want shopped for — a little of everything, a mix, or exactly what you choose — plus handedness, height, how much golf you play, which size chart to order from, apparel, shoe and glove sizes, fit preference, the categories you want and the ones you would rather skip, any reference photographs you upload, and any notes for the curator. Curators treat those answers as the rule set for every box. Your answers set the rules; the curator makes the final call.

When do boxes ship?

Boxes ship on the 15th of the month. With 6 or more days' notice, your order automatically joins the next drop; with less, you can choose to wait for the following month or ask to have your first box included in the upcoming one instead. Your account always shows your next shipment date and the deadline to change it.

Question 6

How does prepaying for a year work?

Accepted Answer

You pay for a full year of deliveries in one charge and receive 15% off the total. On a monthly cadence that is 12 boxes; on a quarterly cadence it is 4. The amount charged today is always shown as the total price — we never present the smaller per-month figure as the price. The membership renews once a year. We email you 30 days before that renewal charge with the exact amount and date, so you always have time to cancel first if you want to.
