How does prepaying for a year work?

You pay for a full year of deliveries in one charge and receive 15% off the total. On a monthly cadence that is 12 boxes; on a quarterly cadence it is 4. The amount charged today is always shown as the total price — we never present the smaller per-month figure as the price. The membership renews once a year. We email you 30 days before that renewal charge with the exact amount and date, so you always have time to cancel first if you want to.

When am I charged again?

Your first box, at every tier, is charged immediately at checkout. Every charge after that — pay-per-delivery or a prepaid annual plan's once-a-year renewal — is billed 6 days before the box it's paying for ships. Your account shows the exact next charge date and amount at all times.

Is sales tax included?

Prices are shown before tax. Any sales tax or VAT is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and appears on the payment page before you confirm.

Can I skip a box?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Skip any single delivery from your account up to 6 days before it ships. The skipped delivery moves to the end of your schedule rather than being lost.

How do I cancel?

Accepted Answer

Two clicks in your account: Membership, then Cancel membership. No phone call, no email, no retention script. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep every delivery that period covers.

Can I change tier or delivery frequency?

Accepted Answer

Yes, from your account at any time. Changes take effect from your next billing period so you are never double-charged, and any prepaid deliveries you have already bought are honored at the tier you bought them.
