Price protection

If we lower the listed price for the exact tier, cadence and billing you're on, let us know within 14 days of your order and we'll credit the difference on your next charge.

This applies to the membership you're actively on. A lapsed or canceled membership is not eligible, and a price match applies once per order.

Gift purchases, the 15% prepaid annual discount, and referral or affiliate discounts are separate savings and do not stack with this policy — a price match compares listed tier prices only.

We do not match prices from other retailers or subscription services. Boxes are curated individually and contents are not guaranteed, so there is no fixed product to compare against a competitor's price.
